Brita Water Filters
Brita water filter systems originated in Germany by Heinz Hankammer who designed a desalinated water system. He named the system after his daughter “Brita”.
The idea for the brita water filters system began in 1966 in the family garden expanding to reach out to over 60 countries. The systems are used in households vending machines and hospitals worldwide.
The company is world renown with operations in two worldwide locations based in North America and in Germany. The Germany location deals with the European Asian and African markets while the North American location deals with the other regions of the world.
